Sonya A. Eramo, 72, of Enola, died Monday, November 2, 2009. Born October 19, 1937 in Minersville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Sophia (Onushko) and Andrew Kozura. She is survived by her husband, Guido Eramo, daughter Lydia Johnson (and her husband David) and son Mark Eramo (and his wife Alisa). Sonya was the loving "Mimi" of eight grandchildren, Andrea, Lauren, Megan, Jill, Ashlee, Danielle, Jessica, and Noah.

She grew up in Minersville, PA and graduated from Minersville High School. After attending Wilkes College, she married Guido in October of 1957 and moved to Enola where they have lived ever since. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church of Enola and member of the Parish Council of Catholic Women. She was also a former employee of Weis Markets in Camp Hill and a unit secretary at Holy Spirit Hospital for 12 years.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 225 Salt Road, Enola, PA. The viewing at the church will begin at 10:00 AM preceding the Mass. Burial will follow at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA.
