L. Frances (Sariano) Olivetti, 94 of Harrisburg died peacefully on Monday evening surrounded by her family. She was born in Harrisburg to the late Frank and Angelina (Salerno) Sariano. Frances and her 11 siblings were raised on South St. and attended Mass regularly at St. Patrick Cathedral. She was a graduate of Catholic High School in 1934.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who worked at Bishop McDevitt in the late 1960's. She had been a member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, and in recent years was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
She was the widow of the late Angelo "Beans" Olivetti and was predeceased by 10 siblings.
Surviving are her children, Joseph M. Olivetti, D.D.S. and his wife, Kathy; Mary O. Yingst and her husband, David; a brother, John P. Sariano; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer Olivetti, Dreon Olivetti, Jude Olivetti (Shannon), David Olivetti (Elycia), and Dr. Mark Olivetti (Susan), 8 great grandchildren, and 33 nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday from 10-11AM at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 2800 Paxton Church Rd. Harrisburg PA 17110.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM at St. Margaret Mary Church.
Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Margaret Mary Building Fund 2848 Herr St. Harrisburg PA 17103
